R.D. Zande & Associates offers our full-time and part-time employees (who work a minimum of 20 hours per week) a comprehensive benefits package that can be tailored to meet their families' needs.

Health and Dental Insurance plans provide medical benefits for routine or preventive care and treatment of injury or illness, prescription and vision coverage; dental and orthodontia services; and access to the employee assistance program.

The company provides Basic Life Insurance for all eligible employees. Voluntary Term Life Insurance and Dependent Life policies are available for those employees who want to provide additional security for their families.

Voluntary Long Term and Short Term Disability plans can provide financial peace of mind during those periods when an eligible employee is unable to work due to injury or illness.

Employees are eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan after one year or service. These plans help employees save and invest for retirement.

Our employees enjoy six paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day), a personal holiday, and two weeks annual vacation. The vacation accrual increases relative to the employee's length of service.
